Marianne has been painting and selling her work for over 40 years. Her education includes in part: a BA with honors in Art History, Montclair Museum Art School, Art Sudents League, as well as workshops with various well-known artists in the U.S.

She draws her inspiration from the environment, both local and from her extensive travel, and tries to convey the joy in a special moment in time. She also enjoys painting people and man-made structures, as part of that environment.

Her paintings hang in homes and businesses all over the U.S. Her work currently appears in Franklin Square Gallery, Southport, N.C. and in Sunset River Marketplace, Calabash, N.C. as well as regional and national art shows.
